My current 2002 ES300 has over 250,000 and so the search for the new ES350 began. My correspondences with Ms. Rebecca Ferry of Lexus Chester Springs were prompt and professional. When I visited the dealership for a test drive, she was as pleasant to deal with in person as she was on-line. I went for a test drive with Colette Dukes. She is another great asset to this organization. No pressure, no hype, product knowledgeable, and really took an interest taking care of the clients needs. Besides the fair pricing and decent trade-in value they offered on my old ES, the other deciding factor in purchasing from this fine organization were the dealer reviews that I had researched. Of course, there are always going to be some people who may not be happy with how they may have been treated - but I am not one of them. There is a very good reason this dealership is so highly rated. They deserve it. More

Moreover, my wife and I had the opportunity to meet with Spencer Phillips, Sales Manager, Tom Martellacci, Business Manager, and Dave Wright who is part of the concierge service who delivered the vehicle to our house and explained all of the features to my wife. They were all extremely professional and helpful – great culture. The experience was so positive it made my 50 mile trip to select and purchase the vehicle worthwhile. More
I purchased two new Lexi (plural for Lexus) in December of 2011. A 2012 ES 350 and a 2012 RX 350 for my wife. Both are company cars. I took advantage of the 0.9% financing and was pleased you could get the financing even with the deep discounts being offered in December. Many car companies offset the cost of cheap financing with less of a discount on the car, but this was not the case here as far as I could tell. They gave me good value on both of my trade in's and after a small amount of haggling I received a better percentage discount on the second car which made the process so much easier. I referred a friend to Amar less than two weeks later and he too received a good deal from Amar, closed a deal on a similar RX and I received a $100.00 referral check in the mail less than a week later! I was looking for another Lexus to replace my 2001 IS 300. After looking at a number of different models with help from sales associate Dan Yost I decided on a used RX400h. We especially like our sale person, Maryann Lonett, who has sold us two cars at the dealership. The service department personnel, Matt Kesner and Amanda (don't know her last name)are also first rate individuals. They all work to make it a pleasant experience when you need service work or are shopping for a new car. Lexus automobiles aren't inexpensive to purchase or service so our only less than great rating was on price. We rated the dealership as "good" on price. More

This dealer "gets it". They know how to deal with people. Amar Patel in Sales is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. We have bought 2 cars from him and referred many. Low pressure, transparent. The perfect balance of "earning your business" and letting you drive the process. Service has been just as good. Even though all work has been minor/routine and/or warranty - when I sit in the waiting area and listen to how the service team speaks to people it is great. I recommend Lexus of Chester Springs. I live very close to the dealer and they are great members of the community as well. More

Overall, the purchase process for my vehicle was relatively pain free. Not terrible, not great. It was a fine experience, I was happy with my car and the price I paid, but two weeks later when I w relatively pain free. Not terrible, not great. It was a fine experience, I was happy with my car and the price I paid, but two weeks later when I went back for a minor repair issue (that we agreed to the day of the purchase) I was cornered by Collette, the sales rep, for the service scores I gave on the electronic survey that was sent to me. She said "I thought I made myself clear to you to give me all 5's, because the survey is a pass/fail". Once I explained that she was clear, but that she didn't DESERVE all 5's, she then said "Well, I lost my bonus because of you." No Sweetheart, you lost your bonus because of YOU! I could not believe this lack of professionalism from a Lexus dealer employee. I called and spoke to the Sales Manager Spence, and had a less then mediocre experience with him as well (When I asked for help on the repair, he said, and I'm quoting "Can I call you in a few days, I'm a little busy with month end close right now." When a week passed, I had to call him back to get help. He never gave me copies of paperwork I requested either.) I'm now dealing with the General Manager - so far so good, but I am skeptical. We'll see how this goes from here. Bottom line - don't deal with Collette or Spence at Chester Springs. More
