I love this service center. The folks that check you in are always super courteous and detailed. I worked with Josh this time around and he was great. My only complaint (yes, totally a first world problem, I admit) is that the individual who processes the loaner vehicles is so slow. Perhaps they want you to look around the showroom, check out the cars, I don't know. But we waited 30 minutes for her to process our paperwork (she completed the person ahead of us as we were walking up so I don't think there was any sort of backlog) and it seemed unnecessarily long. But that is my only complaint and it's a small one. Otherwise, the service is great and the cookies in the waiting are amazing. :) More
