"BAD BAD BAD Experience, Don't go to this dealer"

BAD Experience!! Don't go to this dealer. I have purchased tire protection plan for my car and went to this dealer to fix front tire (there was a nail in the tire). They looked at the tire and said it needs to be replaced. I gave them my tire protection plan which was from Lexus and they said it won't be cover. I was surprised when they told me it won't cover because I am paying $20 per month since 3 years for tire protection and when I wanted to use it to replace tire dealer refused to take it. I told him to call lexus tire protection and generate claim but service manager (Robert Schuellein) told me that department is closed and they cant open claim, he informed me that only option I have is to pay out of my pocket. I was agreed to pay money and told him to open claim on Monday once department is open and he refused that also. He said they can't generate claim once tire is replaced. I was surprised so taught of calling Lexus tire protection and Guess what. I found out that department was open. I ended up paying $427 from my pocket. This dealer did not help me to open claim and they behaved very rude. I was planning to buy another Lexus but I am changing my mind now. I might buy BMW next.

Love the dealership always taken care in friendly fashion. Love this dealership! Rob in service so helpful. Steve encouraged the $ to purchase/ lease new car. Loved my 2007 gx350 only 80,000 mikes. Had a funeral for the car I loved so much but couldn’t afford a new one. Back into suv since having grandchildren.

"They had to be kidding me"

This review is the total opposite of my sales review. Which was 5 stars I recently brought the vehicle in for brakes squeaking when cold in the AM. Air conditioning smell and a complete detail I now am unfortunately handicapped and carry a cane. I try not to use it unless I need to. Their new renovations are beautiful but the service area is constructed like a bank. Your have to stand up and behind a petition. No chairs. No accommodations. And I did ask! The service results were 1) could not duplicate sneaks. Was told by the advisor that this vehicle does have a lot of those issues surfacing and there could be a fix next summer. That’s very poor quality control coming from Lexus . A $60g car that wakes people up in morning 2) He suggested I get an air conditioning service which isn’t free. Ok. But at this point the lease is up this summer. So I’ll hold out and drive the car with the sunroof open 3) The last issue rings the bell. The car was detailed on Tuesday When I arrived on Wednesday. The car was parked in the front of the building, totally wet. It had leaves ,debris on the hood, trunk, and roof. From the rain over night. And nobody knew this. How many people run to a car wash when the forecast calls for Rain? Only at Lexus of Greenich The service advisor offered to clean it again. But I really just wanted to get out. When I left and entered IS 95 my vehicle had a noticeable shimmy. I pulled over and called. They told me to come back. I thought about it and then decided to go Mavis and check the balancing there. I was willing to pay anything to stay far away from that place. My suggestion is purchase your Lexus from this place. Best deals. But service it at any other Lexus dealer. Except their sister location in MT Kisco. They are cut from the same cloth. It’s a great car however. Much better if they don’t come near it.

"FABulous Customer Service"

Just want to write about my experience with this dealership. I have leased 4 cars through this dealership. My salesperson Mike Rosen is great. I always can count on Mike to get me the car I want at the price I like. I had a small problem this past week with my car and called customer service. The dealership went above and beyond my expectations to resolve this for me.They assured me that they wanted to make me feel my business is valued! "Not satisfied wit the service "

I have serious doubts about the quality of service provided by this dealership. I purchased a LEXUS LX 470 in 2000 and the driver side mirror did not open/close correctly from the start. It was very intermittent but i had taken the car in on three separate occasions to have the issue addressed. All service did was replace the fuse each time but the problem continued. i let the issue go since it only happened once a month and not worth the effort to continue to bring the car in. Fast forward several years and now the mirror stopped working altogether but now that the issue was no longer warrantied the dealership immediately replaced the mirror for $1100. Apologies for the history but now in May 2016 i brought the car in for a 90k check along with some engine check light issues and a grinding sound on acceleration. The oxygen sensors needed to be replaced along with the center exhaust and thermostat. A $5000 cost but no real problem since the car was due and needed the service. The issue i have is 3 months later in Aug 2016 the steering became sluggish and making grinding sounds. When i checked the power steering fluid it was near empty along with low suspension fluid and empty coolant. I would have expected at the 90K service all these levels to be checked and in working order. Then these past two weeks in Aug the ABS and VSC/TRAC lights are now coming on and the brakes started engaging while driving the car. A very serious situation which causes unpredictable behavior and potential loss of control while driving. I called this dealership to report the issue. They kindly took down my information as i raised concern about the recent visit and lack of fluid levels and the more recent ABS VSC issues. I needed to bring the car in immediately for some service but required a loaner as i live 40 minutes away. The dealership could not provide a loaner and said i would need to wait a week if the loaner was required. Needless to say i declined the offer and called another Lexus dealership that invited me in immediately and provided a loaner.

"Like a member of the family..."

Philip has been looking after a LOG ES owned by an elderly member of our family for a number of years. Philip takes up-sell and auto repair speak out of the equation. He's trusted and we are extremely grateful that he has kept our matriarch's Lexus on a healthy maintenance schedule and off the lift for anything more serious than an oil and filter change. Always a joy to speak with when I'm in town.

"Katerina and Darren are awesome"

I recently had a some difficulty registering my car in a new state after moving. Each time I went to the DMV they told me I needed "one more thing". In total frustration I called the Lexus of Greenwich to see if they could help me. Katerina sold me my car and I think she is the best salesperson I have ever met so we do keep in touch a bit. Katerina was not in so I was connected with Darren. GREAT TEAM SPIRIT. Darren understood my plight and made it his mission to help in Katerina's absence. He made several calls in different directions and coordinated with my insurance company to get the registration transfer done immediately. When Katerina was back in the office she seamlessly picked up to finish the favor right down to changing my plates for me. This is true service. I bought my car almost 2 years ago and they are still helping. Very grateful to both! I also had just had my car in for service and the service team is great too, I just wish the cost of the tune up was not so brutally high. Still, great service people to work with. Thank you all.

"Fruiendly, helpful Service"

I've got a 2000 ES 300 with over 178,000 miles, so I'm always weighing the pros and cons about whether expensive repairs are worthwhile at this point in time. John Berrios kept me fully-apprised about the possible causes for my Check Engine light going on and provided helpful advise about what to fix without needing spend excessive amounts. His input allowed me to decide what to fix and whether to try the bare minimum or to address all possible causes. He was able to get the car in and out of service quickly too, to accommodate my schedule, with use of a loaner car while the car was in the shop. He even applied a discount coupon to the cost of the work, even though I had thrown out the coupon when I received it a couple of weeks earlier (not realizing I was about to need a repair!
