Appalled at the lack of integrity from the sales team. The sales person had no knowledge of the car. When I asked her a question, she handed me the brochure and told me to look it up. After a long search, The sales person had no knowledge of the car. When I asked her a question, she handed me the brochure and told me to look it up. After a long search, I had found the car I wanted, and I thought maybe this was just the way dealerships are. When I went to put money down on the car, the specs were different than we agreed on. I mentioned that and was told the specs I wanted were standard on the new models. This was a full fledged lie as I went home and did my research. I put down a deposit on the car and was told it would be 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks later, I asked for and update and got a 2 word text back "no update". This all started to sound a little fishy, so I went back in. After waiting for an hour past my scheduled appointment time, my sales person never showed up. So I talked to someone else only to find out that not only was my car not on it's way, they never had the car on it's way and there was no way to get the car that I had ordered. I guess they had hoped that I would forget that I had given them money as they never intended to produce the car, and never intended on telling me. I finally spoke to the director of sales. She assured me that they were going to do their best to get me the car and to give them the weekend. She gave me her card and told me to call her on Monday. I called and left a message, and to my horror, she had the same lying sales person call me back. After nearly 2 months of lies, they finally refunded me the money and told me they could not get me the car they had sold me. Absolutely disgusted at this "luxury" car buying experience. More
