The service tech Anthony was very nice and as helpful as he could be. Other than that, I was very disappointed in the customer service I got. I started having trouble with my vehicle after it was about a mo he could be. Other than that, I was very disappointed in the customer service I got. I started having trouble with my vehicle after it was about a month old. The first time Anthony worked on it for a few minutes and said I was good to go. I didn’t even leave the service bay and the problem occurred again. He told me he had to make a couple calls and he thought the problem could be handled remotely and I would not have to come back. A couple hours later he called me at home and told me unfortunately I would have to come back. I came back. The next day. He worked on it for a couple hours unplug the battery and said that should correct the problem. It was fine for about two weeks and then the same problem occurred. When I called Anthony, he said unfortunately there was nothing else he could do until there was a new computer update. I told him that was unacceptable and to have a service manager call me. A couple hours later Craig called me. I told him the problem, he said Daniella would call me and set up an appointment for the next day. When I talked to Daniella, she said the mechanics should look at it and hopefully they can fix the problem. She gave me a loaner, and I went home. At the end of the day she called me and said the mechanics could not fix it. Eighth part had to be ordered and it was coming from China. Craig told me he expected it around June 5 although it could take months, months. That was his exact words. About three weeks later he called me and said the loaner was short term and I had to bring it back. I said, what am I supposed to do, I need a vehicle. He said I could call corporate and request a long-term loaner. I said can’t you do that he said no but I can give you the number. I thought that was ridiculous. I bought the car from this dealership and I have to call corporate. Unacceptable. I got so upset. I told him my daughter was going to handle it from this point. She communicated back-and-forth with Craig. She contacted corporate. It took about three days and finally someone called her back. The gal from corporate said they would contact the dealership regarding the long-term loaner request. When corporate called my daughter back, they told her the dealership did not recommend a long-term loaner as my car was drivable. If Craig was going to deny my request for the loaner, what did he have us call corporate for. My daughter called Craig and told him we were coming in the next day for a sit down. We went in the next day and spoke with crack. This process just got more and more upsetting for me. When we got there, we explained Craig what we wanted. Then he said well. I have some good news. Because you opened a case file it flagged an alert and a part was located on the east coast. The part for your car will be here within 5 to 7 business days. Therefore I can extend another short term loaner. The next day I came and got the loaner. I had it for a couple weeks I think. My car was in the dealership for approximately six weeks total before the part came in. Anthony brought my car to me June 5 or 6. When he needed my cell phone to work on the settings are pairing with the car. I didn’t totally understand what he was doing. Anyway, he could not get it to work so he had to take the car back again. He said it would take a couple days. I told him unfortunately I was going out of town and would be gone until late June 10th. Craig called me June 8 and told me the car was ready. I explained him I was out of town. We set up that Anthony would come deliver the car and set everything up on June 12. Anthony came out June 12 set everything up. The car has been fine although I’ve only driven about 50 miles. I am so nervous that something is going to go wrong again. I was so excited when I got my new car. The first few weeks every time I would see it in the garage or drive it I was so excited. Well now the excitement of my new car gone. So disappointed. More
