I felt abused by your process. Costs $180 to determine problem I already knew about. Fee not waived unless you performed the work. Unfortunately for me, had I had the same part replaced 13th a ago by someone else, it would have still been under warranty. Your fee of $700+ was to replace a blower motor which frankly, given the right tools, I could have done myself in less than 30 min. Bloated costs all the way around. I was given a vehicle to drive which was very nice but I don’t think if I had refused the loaner, my price would have been reduced. I like working with Tyler but Jayce, not so much. It was difficult getting complete answers through his texts. More
