Everytime we've been at Lexus of Henderson we were always treated as a customer should be treated. From Sales to Service and even Parts department, respect and kindness go a long way. This time we were looking at a Used Lexus that just came in, as in no pictures, so new to their inventory. Michelle kept us in the loop about the status of the vehicle and had it ready for a test drive when we wanted to look at it, even though it still wasn't completely through their intake process. For it's age this vehicle was close to immaculate. We decided the day of test driving that we wanted the vehicle. Since we were cash buying and had to go through a process to get the funds, they worked with us on holding the vehicle. All in all this was the best car buying experience we ever had. And Ben in financing is a cool, funny guy. More

I bring it to Henderson for service simply because of the excellent service I always get from Jay Dalit. He is worth the trip - service is always convenient, information always good, and service is completed when promised. He is a great representative of the dealership. More

This is my 3rd lexus. LS430. LS500 and now a RX350. I traded in my 500 for a more dog friendly vehicle. Sure miss my 500 however the RX is a great vehicle. My next vehicle will be a lexus. This last week the loaner I received it broke down.
