I called to make an appointment for an oil change. When I called, they told me that they would give me a ride home. When I went there, the service agent told me that they cannot do that. This dealership and the sales and finance people were very nice to deal with. They are are a bit sloppy with the paperwork however. Tito provided us with Excellent service, not judging us with how we looked or how we dressed. He treated us with respect and because of that we ended up buying a GX 460. Our first choice was Chevy Tahoe be with how we looked or how we dressed. He treated us with respect and because of that we ended up buying a GX 460. Our first choice was Chevy Tahoe because of space. But we were brushed off by the Chevy sales manager and lack of engagement by the salesman in the Henderson delearship. We were also at Lexus of Henderson last year and test drove one of the RX models. Coincidentally, Tito was also helping us. He was the reason we came back. We just couldn't remember his name until we saw his face when he opened the door for us. I highly recommend this dealership and look for Tito if he is available. More
