This was my first experience with them. My scheduled visit was at 9am on Tuesday. Apparently this was only an intake as I did not hear back about the estimate until Thursday. When I received the car bac visit was at 9am on Tuesday. Apparently this was only an intake as I did not hear back about the estimate until Thursday. When I received the car back a couple days later the original problem was not fixed as I had anticipated. The manager and service advisor had me come back and they found and fixed the original concern. The first part of the experience was dismal but their response to correct was excellent. I had originally planned to give only two stars but everyone of us will make an occasional mistake. How we handle the mistake is a better measure of service. For this reason I am giving 5 stars.
