Craig we have already spoken on my issue and based off my survey I did not say it took longer than expected even though it did. My issue was with the fact that I emailed the Gm - he wasn’t there when my car was and I was sent a used car sales mgr out to talk about my issue. His advice was to purchase a new car if I didn’t like the imperfections. If I wanted to speak with a users car sales mgr I would of asked for one! Still waiting on his call back that he was going to provide that same day. Last thing I’d buy at this point would be a Lexus
