Never have I ever taken my Lexus in for service and be told if loaner vehicle not returned by 6pm (same day) I would be charged $95 I won’t be back to this dealership My service advisor in Santa Barbar told if loaner vehicle not returned by 6pm (same day) I would be charged $95 I won’t be back to this dealership My service advisor in Santa Barbara is very accommodating Not the case here when you take a car in for your 50,000 mile service you would hope they would give you at least a 24 hour turnaround time which Craig the service manager did approve however I was told on two different occasions and it was in writing on my checkout slip $95 fee that’s not why I bought a Lexus !!!😡 More
