I took advantage of your blue book cash deal for my car on the same day I picked up my new vehicle. I purchased my vehicle the day before and did all the paperwork. They gave me the price for car and I h on the same day I picked up my new vehicle. I purchased my vehicle the day before and did all the paperwork. They gave me the price for car and I had to wait an hour then they took me to financing again and I had to fill out the paper again. When finished I asked about the cash for my car and the finance person & salesman looked at each other and said they put it as a down payment on my new vehicle. They didn't asked me first if that was what I wanted to do. I wasn't happy about that at all. I just went in to pick up my new vehicle & and get the cash for my car. That dealership is not very transparent at all, they are very dishonest. More

Efficient service I had my RX350 serviced recently. The service area was very organized; didn't take long to get the order written up and into my loaner vehicle. Ev I had my RX350 serviced recently. The service area was very organized; didn't take long to get the order written up and into my loaner vehicle. Everyone wore masks and it looked like they were diligently keeping things/cars sanitized. My service writer kept me informed; wound up needing a front end alignment which wasn't a problem since I had the loaner; there was no pressure on how quickly to get it returned. My car was washed and cleaned upon my return and I was out of there in about 5-6 minutes. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. More
