Recall Service The service was good. However, I was disappointed in the time it takes to turn the car in and the time it took to pick the car up. Had an appointment The service was good. However, I was disappointed in the time it takes to turn the car in and the time it took to pick the car up. Had an appointment qt 7:00 AM. Arrived at 6:50 AM and was the second person in line. Representative checked me in at 7:01 AM but had to wait inside for 20 minutes to sign the paperwork and get the loaner vehicle. Was notified around 12:00 PM that the vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. I arrived at 12:55 and turned in the loaner vehicle. Was asked to wait inside. At 1:20 PM I went outside to see what was going on. Representative said he would find the service person. Another lady was waiting outside also. She had also been waiting but not as long as I had. Hope this was just a one time oversight. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had! This is my third Lexus since 2004 and although they were all great experiences, this time was the least stressful and quickest purchase of the three. This is my third Lexus since 2004 and although they were all great experiences, this time was the least stressful and quickest purchase of the three. I knew what I wanted and had a good ideas of what I wanted to pay. Martrell was a pleasure to work with and a big help with discounts I received thanks to him. Kat was also very professional and worked hard to make up for a mistake I made with the payment sequence. Dakota took great care of me with option installations. More
