Our first experience buying a Lexus in Henderson was excellent. Our sales rep Michelle worked with our budget and got us into a luxury car when we wanted to upgrade from a Camry. The service guy was fine but the prices too (opinion) high Prices way too high for the services provided. Every time before yesterday I paid the very high price of the second choice for normal service. But Prices way too high for the services provided. But yesterday, I saw the prices for a simple 90,000 service and I am stopping paying the price for dealer service after yesterday's visit. Willing to pay $400 or even $500 for the second choice but the price was a little under $800. Not worth it. Maybe if you replaced the brakes, flushed the entire cooling system etc... You could sell it but..... BTW: Your salesperson was good, but sorry I believe that if I will continue to go back every 5,000 miles I will be seeking an independent garage to do the work. Whomever established that pricing needs to rethink. More
