We came to the dealer for a recall notice the service department of the dealership sent me. From the moment we arrived we were treated warmly and with respect. Once our car was logged in outside we went to our wonderful Service Manager David Torrella's office (he greeted us in the hallway) and he took care of getting our loaner and the needed paperwork. The only downside to this appointment was that it was made over the phone the week before the appointment and David was not made aware of it. Nevertheless, David was able to secure a loaner which we requested when the appointment was made. The necessary work was done and we got our car back the next day. I highly recommend your dealership and David as our service manager. He always makes sure everything is ok before we leave. He is the best service manager we've had in decades. More
