They were not being honest with us. I had the motor mounts changed and then doing that. They also removed my oil filter for some reason and then replace the same one. You see where the I had the motor mounts changed and then doing that. They also removed my oil filter for some reason and then replace the same one. You see where the marks on the oil filter was from the wrench and they told us that nobody touched that oil filter and I know they did, I drove the car home. It leaked out 3/4 of a cord of oil from their shop to our house could’ve ruined our engine. They did not take responsibility for it. They said the report stated that the oil filter was leaking. I have a mechanic that takes care of things like that for our car and has for years. He said it was not leaking but when we got it back with those marks from the wrench on the oil filter that’s where it was leaking from it leaked oil up and down our driveway which never did that before. It was bad I would not take my car back to them ever. More
