GS Service2019 Scheduling service was easy to accomplish online. A follow-up call was received to confirm details. On arrival the "greeter" was kind and accommodat Scheduling service was easy to accomplish online. A follow-up call was received to confirm details. On arrival the "greeter" was kind and accommodating. Service Mgr., David T. quickly greeted me and confirmed my reason for service and asked about other "issues" if any, that I may have with the vehicle. The 20,000 mile service was the primary reason for the appointment but I mentioned that I frequently heard and exterior squeak when hitting bumps while driving the car. David made note, processed my loaner car and promised to contact me regarding progress of the service. He fulfilled his promise and contacted me regarding a pick-up time. Upon arrival, he had a maintenance supervisor available to go along on a test drive to confirm the "squeak". During the test drive, the squeak was immediately diagnosed and a quick lubrication of the area was accomplished within 10 minutes. Problem solved. The closing was efficient, complete, informative and engaging. David is a personable leader who always seems to quickly and effectively handle my issues. I'd be the first to admit that I look forward to my maintenance visits at the dealership. David and the maintenance staff have a lot to do with that feeling. More
