$300 for an inspection was a bit much. Especially when I could’ve just pretended to trade in the car somewhere for the same thing. As someone who’s always driven a luxury car and come to e Especially when I could’ve just pretended to trade in the car somewhere for the same thing. As someone who’s always driven a luxury car and come to expect a luxury experience, I was disappointed that I was charged so much for an inspection. I can understand $50 but $300 for a 1 hour diag?! Typically, I’ve not had issues getting a free inspection because it is understood I will return with other work and maintenance in the future. So far, I probably won’t be returning, if I’m nickel and dimed. The interaction just didn’t feel very luxurious, especially when it doesn’t actually cost anything but someone’s time to inspect a car. Overall not very happy with my experience. The advisor was friendly, the dealer was nice but, I just can’t get out of my head that I was taken advantage of. More
