I left my garage door remote in my loaner. I asked my service rep to please locate it so I could come to pick it up. After several hours I got a text message with the picture of several different remotes service rep to please locate it so I could come to pick it up. After several hours I got a text message with the picture of several different remotes. So, my question is, why can’t my remote be located? Why couldn’t my rep go and just get my remote out of the car you guys loaned my, and call me to come pick it up? Why am I waiting from 9:00am until after 1:00pm for a callback from this Rep to let me know that he actually went to check in the car himself instead of having others check for him. I would like to have my remote back. It makes me feel unsafe in my home to think a complete stranger had all of my information and access to my home. I’m not comfortable knowing someone has access to my home. More

I brought my vehicle to repair scratches and dents on the body and tire rims. Everything went so well. Check in was smooth, only short time of waiting in the lobby then I was called in for paperworks. My ser body and tire rims. Everything went so well. The same smooth process when I went back to pick up my vehicle, I was so impressed with their work. My car looked like almost brand new! They all are so professional and so nice.
