As a teenage car guy, him and I were so into intersecting same known interests into I had partnered with Sherwin at Lexus Of Manhattan on 10/24/2020. As a teenage car guy, him and I were so into intersecting same known interests into my favorite Lexus of the LX 570. Though, there were little times I didn't realize myself almost giving him a hard time, but at least I had him giving me thought on his favorite competing brand of the BMW along with Lexus. I bought a car from Lexus of Manhattan in late Sep and that’s absolutely THE WORST car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’d pursed 2 cars before that). First of all, they have NO SENSE OF TIME or they that’s absolutely THE WORST car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’d pursed 2 cars before that). First of all, they have NO SENSE OF TIME or they DONT’T RESPECT CUSTOMER’S TIME AT ALL. 3 out of the 3 appointments I made with them (after I purchased the car), they either called me to reschedule ON the day of the appointment (few hours before the appointments & after I already pushed back my work schedules), or asked me to wait in their office for hours (giving me reasons like people are taking lunch break - then why did you ask me to be there right before their lunch break???) Secondly, they are NOT PROFESSIONAL & DON’T KEEP THEIR PROMISES. They promised me to add door plastic to my car before I picking it up (and I have text messages to approve it), and I believed them without checking at the store - not until I got home did I realize that they didn’t add it as promised. They pushed back my car pick up day for one week (as they had to fix the car due to the issue that they didn’t notice and I pointed it out during inspection), after I already purchased the insurance, and said that they’ll help me push back the insurance - and apparently they didn’t do anything either. I love the Lexus I bought, but I WOULD’T NOT RECOMMEND LEXUS OF MANHATTAN AT ALL - the customer experience I had was definitely worse than any non-luxury brand. If you do want Lexus, go to the Lexus stores in JERSEY, BROOKLYN, OR QUEENS!!! More

This was my first time buying a car, so I was expecting the worst, but everything about buying a used RX from Lexus of Manhattan was straightforward and painless.
