We were concerned that we were stuck with a bill for thousands of dollar We purchased a used car which, upon taking ownership, some problems surfaced. We were concerned that we were stuck with a bill for thousands of dollars, but Lexus took care of it! Will, the salesperson and Chris the used car manager were very accommodating, making sure that all issues were repaired at no cost to us. It did take several weeks but we were given a 2018 Lexus as a loaner car, so we didn't mind the wait. As of now, several weeks after the repairs, everything seems to be working fine and we love our Chevy Impala! Agnes and Neil More
