Won’t answer questions We found a car on cars.com that we were really interested in. I inquired about it, and Juan was the one who responded. He said he couldn’t answer pric We found a car on cars.com that we were really interested in. I inquired about it, and Juan was the one who responded. He said he couldn’t answer price questions without speaking to me, despite the fact that I had provided him with my city, state, and county. I wanted to know what fees are added to the price, and I asked for no games. It took three requests for him to give me price information. After he finally answered the price question, I thought the games had stopped. I wrote three emails stating I wanted to travel there to see the car the next day, and asked for tax clarification because I live in Virginia and was not sure if the tax he included was for Virginia or New York. He also charged plate fees, and when I have purchased cars out of my state before, I’ve never been charged my states tax or plate fees, so I needed to fine out about that. Instead of setting up an appointment, he ignored me. For hours heard nothing. I contacted the person I believed to be in charge of internet sales, explaining I was ignored and requesting to work with someone else. Juan wrote a semi nasty email claiming he answered me when he did not. More
