I have gone here almost 8 years. I visit every 5K miles and do all the services they recommend. Felt it was dependable. I come here for because they are supposed to track what is needed and recommend it. What happened? This also raised my service visit from around $250 to $650!! Bad surprise for a person on a fixed income!! . If I have to keep track of each service I need I might as well shop around for lowest price. More
