Dear Mr and Mrs Avery, we appreciate your purchase of your two Lexus vehicles and we are sorry that you believe there was an issue with your tag transfer however as you and I discussed the other day Lexus of Melbourne did absolutely nothing wrong as far as your tag transfer is concerned. I told you I would send you the documentation showing we did everything correct and finalized by the state and I did, after you received that documentation I guess you got mad that we were correct and you decided to post this review as is your right, again I believe your anger is misguided AS YOU DROVE ON THE TAG WE TRANSFERED FOR YOU FOR ONE YEAR! until you needed to renew and the state had a glitch in their system that caused your issue. When I asked you who you spoke to at the dealership that supposedly told you to rent a car and we would pay for it you told me you couldnt remember who you spoke to. Lexus of Melbourne has a fleet of loaner cars and we would have put you into one of those if there was an issue, there would never have been a rental car needed. The fact that you rented a car for 4 months while the state corrected their glitch does not mean a third party; in this case Lexus of Melbourne should pay for it. If this had been a Lexus of Melbourne mistake we would have put you into one of our loaner cars a vehicle you are accustomed to driving and not a rent a car and had the issue resolved within 48 hours. We wish you and your wife the best in the future.

Its is true you reached out to me the other day. But you only tried to say that Lexus did no wrong and lets set things straight you had never looked into this because you were not working there. So you admitted that over the 3 years I have called and stopped by that the other managers were to lazy to do research even after your corporate office call them 3 times and Lexus of Melbourne said they saw the mistake. Also I hate the way you tried to smooth thing over but its far to late to be shifting blame. Now I will be sending reviews out even more until I can reach everyone I can... What a low slap in the face. So what I did not remember a name from 3 years ago the names are on Lexus corp. file. I was working and not going through paper work so to post that I could not give you names is LOW. Just another point to say to not do right Lexus of Melbourne shifted the blame after 3 years.
