Lies on top of lies I have held off on posting a review because I was promised that this situation will be taken care of. So I went in and purchase two brand new ES 350 h I have held off on posting a review because I was promised that this situation will be taken care of. So I went in and purchase two brand new ES 350 his and hers cars and some kind of way the information that was sent over to the state of Florida for my tag was wrong. So after contacting the dealer I was informed that person no longer work there so because my wife was in the military and had to get on base we could rent a car and be reimbursed once the issue was fixed. Needless to say it took from November till March to get the issue resolved and get a tag. After communicating with corporate office of Lexus. We received a phone call stating that Lexus of Melbourne accepted full responsibility and said they would reimburse us for the situation it's been a year later and now they're claiming they don't know what the paperwork is. But be careful I have been told that the general manager is who made the promise to have a check ready for us and after three trips driving 80 miles one way it's never available or he is on vacation. So if they will lie to us and lots of corporate office of Lexus I'm not sure what else they would do. More
