I took my vehicle to the Lexus of Melbourne because of a dead battery, my appointment wasn't until 3:30pm but with my daughter activities during the d I took my vehicle to the Lexus of Melbourne because of a dead battery, my appointment wasn't until 3:30pm but with my daughter activities during the day, I decided to bring the vehicle in early and will take the loaner car if needed, but John Lohne at the service department take a look at the battery and less than 30 minutes my vehicle was fix and wash at no charge.
