Not a pleasant experience I felt like I was taken advantage of and swayed to get an alignment because the service member made it seem that it was needed at that time. When I asked if I needed it he stated,"You don't have to, but I recommend...." Service member stated that an alignment was recommended every 15,000 miles. I spoke to my mechanic brother after the fact that I paid ect. and he stated that I didn't need an alignment at that time. Especially since my car in no way felt disaligned. I feel like it was not right for your service member to sway an unknowledagble customer. My first time experience at Lexus of Melbourne is definitely not a pleasant one. I will definitely go back to Lexus of Orlando from now on. More

The most amazing auto purchase experience ever. We have never purchased a Lexus before. Most people dread going to an auto dealership to purchase a vehicle. I have to say this was the most relaxing, We have never purchased a Lexus before. Most people dread going to an auto dealership to purchase a vehicle. I have to say this was the most relaxing, enjoyable experience we've ever had. The dealership itself is beautiful, has a great comfy waiting room and free refreshments. Our salesman, John, was extremely knowledgeable and spent lots of time with us. I would certainly recommend this dealer and salesman. My battery failed inspection on this visit, so was replaced. Since it was less than 2 years old, there was no charge for the new battery, which has a 5 year warranty starting now. More
Overall excellent. Both Lohne and Duane excelled. Lohne set it up so I could get a loaner immediately in order to get my wife to MCO for a flight.
