My service advisor, John Lohne, is friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I have always had a great experience at Lexus of Melbourne. I recently brought the car in for a dashboard replacement. The service staff did a fantastic job with the new dash. John Lohne made sure that I was taken care of with a beautiful loaner vehicle, and he kept me informed as the work was being done. Excellent service is expected at any Lexus dealership but dealing with John I've owned Lexus' for over 20 years. I bought my current RX 350 from LOM.
