Overall excellent. Both Lohne and Duane excelled. Lohne set it up so I could get a loaner immediately in order to get my wife to MCO for a flight. My battery failed inspection on this visit, so was replaced. Since it was less than 2 years old, there was no charge for the new battery, which has a 5 year warranty starting now. More
