In the most recent purchase, our salesman John Moriarty managed a complex deal with my company well, despite some paperwork issues. He made it easy and accommodated us well. Other reasons we choose to do business with Lexus of Melbourne is the service leads and loaner program. Mike Retz is someone who works with us in terms of schedule and provides timely information to make repair decisions. Recently, the service loaner program provided a newer RX350 for an few days. This helped us decide to stay with Kenya and re-purchase the latest RX350. More

Latest visit for service: I have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne for many years and have never had an unpleasant experience, so common when women have to deal with car dealership I have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne for many years and have never had an unpleasant experience, so common when women have to deal with car dealerships and their car repair services. Mr. John Lohne has been most conscienciously looking after my 1995 Lexus SC 400 which I just love and will not part with. We have gone by the service book until there were no more pages to fill in and now we are doing timely oil and filter changes and anything that show signs of wear and tear because of old age. I have never had the feeling that Mr. Lohne took advantage of my female ignorance about cars, motors and repairs and will recommend Lexus of Melbourne without hesitation to anybody who might be asking. I bought a Lexus as a long-time Mercedes enthusiast because I was swayed by the promise of service which Mercedes seemed to have forgotten, and have not been disappointed. Another Happy Customer I loved my 12 year old Lexus ES330. It was pin excellent shape and I intended to keep it another three years. I had my car in for service on a Frida I loved my 12 year old Lexus ES330. It was pin excellent shape and I intended to keep it another three years. I had my car in for service on a Friday afternoon and picked it up late that afternoon. The next noon I drove my car fifty miles up the interstate and noted that the "check engine" light had come on. Later that afternoon I returned to the service department but it had already closed. Concerned about what wax causing the warning light, I wanted to leave the car there to be looked at on Monday morning. I walked into the sales department and was met by my "Angel" (Nicole DeVos) who listened to my problem and took me to her sales manager who immediately told her to provide me with a loaner car and that she would explain the problem to Brian Toker on Monday morning. Brian had the service people look at it first thing Monday morning. After lunch he called me to let me know that it was only a gas cap leak and they replace it free of charge. I really appreciated the manner by which Brian handled my problem. I brought my loaner car back and went home.. Meanwhile my wife had fallen in love with the loaner over the weekend and continued to push me to come back to the dealership and "make a deal". Finally on Friday I called Nicole to make an appointment for Saturday. I had "no intention" to trade my car that I liked so much. I will say that Nicole was not pushy but somehow she was inching me closer to sign on the dotted line. I was impressed with the entire sales organization but most of all by Nicole. Had she and Brian not treated me so well the previous weekend, I would still be driving my old car. I love my "new" ES350. More
