My wife and I were treated well. I knew I wanted another LS because the 2004 LS.had been such a great ride for 12 years. Some of the ancillary systems were not working as well as they should after 120,000 miles(i.e. the radio stopped working, the passenger door no longer responded to the smart key....) but the basic ride and mechanical operation were just like they were when the car was brand new. "Customer for Life"!! I originally was looking at the 2016 Lexus RX, having had both a 2006 and 2010 RX; however, I wasn't overly fond of the larger size and aggressive pos I originally was looking at the 2016 Lexus RX, having had both a 2006 and 2010 RX; however, I wasn't overly fond of the larger size and aggressive posture of the new RX. My salesman, Tom Hakimi, directed me to the used Lexus area where we found a low-mileage 2013 RX which perfectly suited my preferences in styling, namely the front end. Tom, at all times, was very professional and courteous, even when I didn't agree with the trade-in and "out-the-door" figures. I believe everyone was happy at the end, as my 2010 trade-in was in very good condition, and I felt I received fair value for it. I look forward to bringing my car back for service as everyone (Jaime Coates) in service and the dealership are very accommodating, and go the extra mile to please their customers. I might add that this is the 5th Lexus (3 for me, 2 for my husband) we have purchased from Lexus of Melbourne. More
