My experience at Lexus of Melbourne and with Justin Hinderliter was completely opposite of this and made my purchase of my new Lexus hassle free. Justin was extremely professional from beginning to end, his follow up after the purchase has been excellent. I wasn't sure if I was going to purchase before I went in as the deal had to be right, I communicated that up front and Justin worked with me to make sure it was some thing I was comfortable with without the pressure. One of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car! I've bought many cars over the years and even though my husband was in the "business" it sometimes is not a pleasurable experience. I had initially narrowed my search down to just a few vehicles, Mercedes, Audi, Infiniti and Lexus. Even though I was clear on my price range and what I desired for a monthly payment, I found other salespersons weren't listening to me. They tried to sell me a car off the lot that I didn't want or said they could do the deal for a great price when in actuality they couldn't.
