RUN!!! I have bee n throughouly dissapointed wit h service at THIS Melbourne LEXUS DEALERSHIP; the lastest AND MOST unpleasant experience occured today. I have bee n throughouly dissapointed wit h service at THIS Melbourne LEXUS DEALERSHIP; the lastest AND MOST unpleasant experience occured today. I had to order a part for my Lexus 2014. I was waiting to hear from Mr BIran Toker if the part came in; i never heard a peep in two weeks. I called the dealeship today; Mrs. Jackie HArdoun answered their phone 3212547878; i asked her to transfer me to mr Toker"s phone; she did not but instead transferred me to a scheduling person who did not pick up the phone; i hang up and called again; this time- she displayed a very nasty attitutude and on a very high and bothered tone of voice explained to me Mr. Toker was on another phone call; I offered to wait and she put me on hold; every other second she would barge in and asked - on a very annoyed voice - CAn i transfer you to his voice mail ? I would again offered t ohold; this took a while; in the end she decided to transfer me to his voice mail anyway. I called back and got her again; she was furious when she heard my voice; I asked her to ask the service person =Mr.Toker to call me back; she says to me : "uhhuhh" and hang up after that. I am giving up. Will look for another dealership in the future to service my car; i bought this car from this dealership 1.5 years ago; they were nice at that time - both sales and serivce ; they changed a lot since; STAY away!!! More
