Purchase of my 5th car from Lexus of Melbourne in the last 5 I have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne since 2010. I purchased my 1st Lexus in 2003 from PalmBeach Lexus for my wife. I was hooked on Mercedes SUV's t I have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne since 2010. I purchased my 1st Lexus in 2003 from PalmBeach Lexus for my wife. I was hooked on Mercedes SUV's then, having had a 2003 and a 2007, the latter of which I traded in for my 1st Lexus RX in 2010. I upgraded to an AWD RX450h in 2013, which unfortunately was totaled in an auto accident a few months ago. Lexus was my first and only choice for a replacement. My salesman Don Coppola has been excellent and truly has customer satisfaction as his #1 priority. My Service Rep, Jaime Coates, is superb and always is on top of everything. Kudos to the Managing Owner, TR Page, for running a top notch and knowledgable organization. More

Lexus bs other premium SUVS We were looking for a premium SUV and we looked at BMW, Auddi, Mercedes, Cadilac and Lexus. For the combination it came down to BMW X3 and the Lexus R We were looking for a premium SUV and we looked at BMW, Auddi, Mercedes, Cadilac and Lexus. For the combination it came down to BMW X3 and the Lexus RX350. There were great aspects we liked of both but it was the quality of customer service at the Viera Lexus dealership that made all the difference. Our sales rep was Tom Hakimi and he is a genuinely nice guy that was upfront, sincere and extremely knowledgeable about Lexus products as well as the others that we were considering. The professionalism didn't stop there, we also felt well cared after while doing the paperwork with the finance team too. After the sale Tom spent time with me going over every option (and there are numerous) until I was comfortable with the operation of the car. This was well after the store had closed because we came in late that day. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great class of car! More
