Service at this dealership has been fine, especially the service staff. However, I believe the level of expenses has been high. But I never got a response to previous feedback. I recently went to Lexus of Milwaukee looking for one specific RX 350. I was introduced to a young lady by the name of Whitney P. I explained to Whitney the vehicle I was looking for and at first she was specific RX 350. I was introduced to a young lady by the name of Whitney P. I explained to Whitney the vehicle I was looking for and at first she was not aware of the exact car I was there to see? She showed me what she thought was the car I was looking for, a 2018 RX 350 with a (Pearl White) exterior. When she showed me the interior I knew it was not the car I was looking for as the interior of this car was the wrong color. So Whitney being Whitney lol, told me she was going to do a search of the specific car I was looking for and she did in fact find it. It is an absolutely beautiful RX and I took pictures of the interior of the car and sent them to my wife. She told me THATS THE ONE!! I bought that car, it is STUNNING. My hat is off to Whitney for being a very honest, down to earth person who sells you a car with 100% integrity. I also want to thank the Manager of the Dealership for putting together a very worthwhile deal for me. I would tell anyone who is shopping for a Lexus to go visit Lexus of Milwaukee and ask for Whitney. I am sure any of their Sales People would give you the same service. But Whitney made this experience very enjoyable for me. More
