Great overall experience. Found the car via Autotrader, dealt with Hani. He was very straight and to the point, which I appreciated. His communication was excellent. Sal made car buying a straightforward and easy experience from beginning to end! He is extremely knowledge about the products and helped us find exactly what we needed. I must also give kudos to our Finance Manager, Rene Peyton, was also extremely pleasant and was helpful in getting the financial part taken care of expeditiously and with no worries. Overall, I have found that Lexus of Naperville is different from other car dealerships I have dealt with. The atmosphere is very pleasant and professional. Sal treated us with respect and did not use high-pressure sales tactics. This was a great experience all around. I’ve never been loyal to a particular salesperson/dealership -- until now. I have dealt with many other dealers in the past but Hani is cut from a different cloth (that cloth made from Lexus probably :) He has always been very attentive to our needs and has treated us with respect as individuals. He makes you feel like you part of the Lexus family and genuinely cares. Anytime I stop in for service or a car wash, and if he happens to be in he spends time with me just catching up on stuff. He doesn't have to but that's who he is. He's become like a close friend that just happens to work at a dealership.
