This shopping trip, my husband insisted on visiting the Naperville Lexus dealership to see a car he found on line. I fought tooth and nail not to go there for the traffic is so horrible. He won and we are both delighted with our new Lexus purchased there. Our two days were also very long. I am still wondering why we were there so many hours to close a deal on our car. That said (horrible traffic, tremendously long period of time to close a deal), the staff was very accommodating to work with. More

Very Good Experience but a Long Day Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful and I received the best deal I could find in the Chicago area. Great overall experience. Found the car via Autotrader, dealt with Hani. He was very straight and to the point, which I appreciated. His communication was excellent. Once I went out to drive the car and finalize the purchase, the process took longer than anticipated but they made it painless.
