At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I had the worse experience of my life. I've been with Lexus for 7 years, I always had the best experience, however in two moth they destroyed it. They keep calling me and asking me to go t I've been with Lexus for 7 years, I always had the best experience, however in two moth they destroyed it. They keep calling me and asking me to go there to make me an offer for my car, even when I told them I don't want to pay more or pay a down payment the insisted on me to go because they have a "better offer" everything was a lie and keep wasting my time. I'm so disappointed, I cannot wait to end my lease to change my car for another brand. I keep receiving e mails with same offer, this is ridiculous, treating me like an stupid. I hope someone can read this (I doubt it) and stop sending me mails or calling me and wasting my time for nothing. I only sorry about Maria, she is the greatest sales person I have met and she deserves to be in a better place. Unfortunately everyone else didn't meet expectatives. More

What an Amazinn experience purchasing a new car from Lexus of North Miami. I called Lexus of North Miami and explained that my older parents were having a hard time finding the right car. Sean Kamal Lexus of North Miami. I called Lexus of North Miami and explained that my older parents were having a hard time finding the right car. Sean Kamal one of the senior managers got on the phone and asked what color my parents would like and picked the perfect RX350 for them. Our salesman Demetri delivered it to my parents home all the way in Parkland and took his time and explained all of the features of my parents new car and showed them how easy it was to use. Not only did my parents get the perfect car delivered to their home they got a great deal. They also got more than expected on their 6 year old trade. With chip shortages and low inventory I had not idea purchasing a new car would be so smooth. Thanks Sean and Demetri. More
