I like to wait a few months before I leave reviews, I purchased a 23 GX at the end of November and the process was so simple. Angel and Alex Mejias took good care of me and got me the right deal. Todd was my finance manager and all the paperwork ready to go which made the process so simple. After the delivery process Alex has stayed in contact with me to make sure everything is well with the car. This is my 4th Lexus from North Miami. More

I got my NX300 last week and I cannot be happier. Originally I wanted RAV4, bur the price for Lexus NX300 with less miles , same year was only a tiny bit higher, but it is so much more luxury!!! I was very pleased with Denis’s customer focus and professionalism. Arriving at the showroom on Friday at 2:30 just to look at the car (without intending to buy it) and leaving with the car on the sam professionalism. Arriving at the showroom on Friday at 2:30 just to look at the car (without intending to buy it) and leaving with the car on the same day - this is my first such experience. Which I’m very happy about. The car really met all expectations. I have been using Lexus cars for 15 years. The service at your dealership was very good. I would like to believe that the warranty service will also be the same. More

Worse customer service ever, at least Ramon Cabrera, that was very bad. Always taking forever to as see any questions I have… making lots of mistakes on the deal agreed, causing overcharges etc… also asked h was very bad. Always taking forever to as see any questions I have… making lots of mistakes on the deal agreed, causing overcharges etc… also asked him inúmeras times for a specific service, he always said yes and ok for my requests ( always with delay), and after 3 hours waits for the service to be done, it was completely NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR… definitely worse sales person and costumer service aver… dealer and/or sales person! Very bad experience. Will never refer to anyone! More

Approximately a month and a half ago we reserved a new car from Lexus of North Miami. We are located in NC and love the dealership we work with here, however the Miami dealership was offering a substant car from Lexus of North Miami. We are located in NC and love the dealership we work with here, however the Miami dealership was offering a substantial savings on the model we wanted so we decided it would be worth it to have it shipped to us in NC. Once Lexus of North Miami had received our deposit, the communication became non existent. We would call multiple times with no answer and not receive a return call. We finally received a call from the shipping company to notify us the car was on its way and were able to pick up the car. (Had to drive 2 hours with 2 hour notice but we were just happy it was arriving) By the time the car was shipped, there were only 2 1/2 weeks left on the temporary tag and we were already due to make our first car payment. (We were accruing interest on the time the car wasn’t even in our possession) We have been calling once a week to check on our permanent NC tags and AGAIN nobody will return our calls. We are preparing to leave on our first road trip and as of today the temporary tag is expired. Nobody will return voicemails or emails. We are beyond frustrated. To spend this much money on a car and get this type of service is appalling. Unless you are in North Miami and can physically go into the dealership to make certain things are taken care of, I would strongly encourage you to go elsewhere. There are some amazing Lexus dealers out there. More
