Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). This is my second time working with Lexus of North Miami, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The first time was when I leased my Lexus, and this time I came back to renew my lease. My sales consultant, Carlos Cuervo, was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new car. The finance team, Danielle and Anna, were also amazing. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the paperwork process easy and efficient.
