The facility is high quality and the service is second to none. I went into to purchase a new GS 350 and I was placed with Justin Adderly. He did not sell me and I told him exactly what I wanted and the wiggle room I had to work with, the negotiation immediately started with attractive offers. Justin is a very knowledgeable and professional, he educated me on what my options were and let me know what deals were realistic. I never had the feeling that he was screwing me over and after seeing multiple return customers come back to buy their third and fourth vehicle from Justin I knew he was legit. From the moment I walked in Justin Adderly's professionalism and no nonsense sales gimmick truly set this experience apart from any other I have ever had. It was easy, I wasn't given the runaround, he understood what I wanted and delivered much much more! He went above and beyond to find the car in the color and with features I wanted. He and also surprised me by delivery on his promise of finding me the car I wanted within a couple a days which I thought couldn't be done. Most of the sales men there are just that, a sales man, we've had one after making us feel like "just a sale" . Then we met Justin, yes, he is a sales man... But, he cares about you as a person. He listens to you and goes to work finding exactly what you ask for well, almost. LOL. Seriously, Justin took his time to help me with selecting my new GS 350 F Sport, he made the return lease painless and I was so impress when he took the time to review the new features offered in the new model. Not only did he assist with setting up my new Lexus enform, navigation and options... He help set up my audio system, he knew every XM, FM, AM and HD channels I had stored in my old car. I was blown away at this point, never has any sales man ever remembered or programmed our cars. From the very first moment Justin has been outstanding! We already started to recommend our family and friends to ask for Justin when they are in need of a new vehicle. Thanks again Justin for all you have done to make yesterday a great day.
