I just wanted to look at my options. However, I was place at ease with George and felt that he was the best person to purchase a vehicle from. I visited 6-7 dealerships prior to visiting Lexus of North Miami and the approach of their employees never placed me at ease. So much pressure was placed on me to purchase a vehicle from these other dealership by their employees that it made me want to reconsider purchasing a vehicle all together. Then I met George who just appeared to be happy that I came in to see their dealership. At no point during my visit did I feel as if I had to purchase a vehicle before I left. Even when we were discussing pricing, I never felt pressure to purchase a vehicle. The entire experience was great and other dealerships should follow George Pakradoonian's approach to customer service.
