considerate, understanding, competent My wife and I brought our car into Lexus of North Miami immediately after we had an unusual driving experience which had concerned us. We did not have an appointment and it was on a Saturday afternoon. We talked to Ed, and, after explaining it to him, he immediately took the car and gave a complete examination. He told us that he did not find any reasons for our concern and took time to explain the possible reasons for our unusual experience. His mannerism, explanation and command of what he was talking about made us feel comfortable and safe. During this examination of the car we also pointed out our concern about the deterioration of the drivers seat leather. Ed viewed it, agreed with us and had it replaced, thanks ED for great service and making us feel that we are in good hands Need to rate Him personally a AAA. More
