My faithful Audi of ten years had become unreliable. I visited the North Miami Lexus dealership and was very impressed by the efficient workings of the dealership, the care and concern for each customer, visited the North Miami Lexus dealership and was very impressed by the efficient workings of the dealership, the care and concern for each customer, and by the new model Lexus 350GS. As I was planning a 28 hour car drive up to Massachusetts, in less than two weeks,it was imperative that I learned all about this new model quickly if I was to drive a new car on that long drive and be away three months. In that two weeks, I was properly prepared and in command of the new car as well as the new computer format for sound, security system, the GPS, and interactive communications with Lexus resources. Every little and big question was patiently handled and fielded. I logged almost twenty hours at the dealership to prep on the car and program the satellite radio, to master a fair share of all the new features in the car, and never had an impatient reply or personnel unwilling to help with any question or any request. I am very grateful for the attention and the help. Without it, I would never have undertaken a drive from Florida to the mountains in Massachusetts as a woman driving solo that whole distance, in a car she she was just getting to know. For all these reasons, I award this dealership the highest possible ratings in all but pricing. I did not spend time looking elsewhere, so it is possible I indeed had the best price, but I cannot award the highest rating for price without that research. What sold me was the promise of service and attention to my needs. And Lexus absolutely delivered on that, five stars out of five stars. More

Unfortunately, I had a different experience when I went in to inquire about getting out of my lease and into something with a lower monthly payment. I got the distinct impression that I was being humored and when it came time to talk real numbers, even felt slightly belittled ("Why would you think we would ever lease a vehicle for that price?"). Even if the number I threw out was completely absurd, a more appropriate and professional response would have been, "I'm sorry, but I don't think we can meet your needs right now." I realize that lease transfers and early exits are not the norm and do not make Lexus (or its salespeople) any money, but customers will not stay loyal if they are treated like nuisances. More

Sean set up my appointment at my convenience. My husband and I chose to wait. During the inspection it was determined that the tires on my 2006 RX450 needed replacement. He suggested that since it would take a few hours we should use a loaner car to get home. When I phoned at 3 PM to determine the progress Sean asked if I would like a Valet to deliver my car and pick up the loaner. I was very pleased with that arrangement. I made an appointment for some brake work to be done in three weeks. Sean said he will arrange for my car to be picked up at my home.I appreciate that service.
