I took my NX 350h for a malfunctioning electric magnetic induction phone charger and the part was replace under warranty. When I left the dealer I encountered the same problem. I went back to dealer 10 minu induction phone charger and the part was replace under warranty. When I left the dealer I encountered the same problem. I went back to dealer 10 minutes later and was told they had to check with a tech. Tech could not problem solve issue and I escalated to service manager, who could not solve issue. My vehicle also had a recall on rear traction meter cable corrosion and this was not brought up during my service appointment. Not what you expect from Lexus. I am dissatisfied with their service department for not bringing up the safety recall issue and letting me leave the dealer without addressing it with me. Now, I have to take time out of my schedule to deal with another service appointment. More
