My new Service Advisor, Eric Garcia, was excellent! I could not be happier with this advisor. Eric saved me a lot of money from fixing my vehicle issue elsewhere and had me in and out of the service de I could not be happier with this advisor. I called the service department with a question about a battery issue. Mr. Garcia, not only had my vehicle completely fixed, including a factory recall issue, it was serviced and washed in record time. Eric Garcia, hands down, is the best Service Advisor I have ever encountered in the 12 years of my experience owning a Lexus. Outstanding Service Advisor. FIVE STARS*****. More
