After being a loyal customer of this dealership for 23 years—and having purchased 9 different RX300 and RX350 vehicles—I’m most likely done with this store, though not with the Lexus brand itself. I was promised an excellent deal, but what I ended up being offered was far from it—one of the weakest deals I’ve encountered. I’m not happy at all. In the past, I was used to receiving true white-glove service. This time, it wasn’t even close. There are too many things that went wrong to go into detail here. If it weren’t for the excellent service provided by Amauri Rosario, I would say without a doubt that I’m entirely done with this dealership. More
I was pleased with the quality of the maintenance, but very displeased with how the estimate was handled. I did not receive the final quote which I was promised I would before giving them the go ahead. T very displeased with how the estimate was handled. Turned out that the total cost for the maintenance/repairs was over twice with the initially quoted me because the updated quote did not include the discussed further repairs as I thought it did. I only found out two days later that the total repairs amount over twice the secondary quote. In the future, final quotations need to be put in writing before I can give the go ahead. More
