I was disappointed with the service this time. I asked for my car to be washed and vacuumed, and the service representative said that it is the standard to do so. I went for a tint install on the windows of a brand new 2025 vehicle, when i received my car back, there were several scratches on the car. In addition, there was dirt and what appeared to be either bird xxxxxxxxx or sap from trees , don't know which, the car was dirty with dust and not dried properly. a rag and a check would have prevented this from happening. When this was brought to the attention of the service manager it was all taken care of but there should be some preventive measures in place for it to not happen again. Look forward to getting my car serviced at Lexus of North Miami for redemption. More
Dishonest. My Lexus went in drivable and could not leave drivable. They made it so the tire that we drove in on was no longer operable. They then tried to sell tires that Firestone had for $800 to us for $1200. wr had to put on the 80 mile spare and drove out to Firestone. There were other items we wanted them to check, I sent my daughter… it appears sexist as they tried to charge her $150 each time they would assess any concern. Air bag light—$150, brakes $150 times 4. Sent my son in law and they changed their tune. I have bought and have had over 6 Lexus cars over the country and this is by far NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATIVE LEXUS DEALERSHIP/ SERVICE CENTER. More
