I went to Lexus North Miami Beach yesterday to have my RX.350h serviced for 15,000. I also reported problems with the trunk door sensors because they often fail and it doesn't want to close, so they didn' RX.350h serviced for 15,000. I was told that the 5K and second key seevice would take one hour and 45 min. I was there over three hours and did not receive my second key, and then was told I would need to return yet another day for an one hour and 45 min. Such a diverse and dynamic set of individuals that work at the North Miami location. They are courteous, knowledgeable and structured. The service department is super amazing and especially my service consultant Eric Garcia. He rolled out the red carpet and gave me a world class experience. He was proactive and out my mind at ease when it came to utilizing my extended warranty for the first time. His mannerism and tenacity was just amazing. I would pass five dealership if I had to in order to have him as my service consultant. Each department I’ve had a pleasure to interact with I.e. cashier and Lexus boutique has been a positive experience for me. More
