I purchased vehicle on line and sales manager was very good to work with. Vehicle could have been better prepped when we picked up. There were stickers all over interior and some on exterior. Originally I left a positive review when I purchased the car because the buying process was great, now barely at a month and under 3,000 miles later, I find out this car has a bad rust issue such as an exha car because the buying process was great, now barely at a month and under 3,000 miles later, I find out this car has a bad rust issue such as an exhaust leak and because repairs are expensive I was told they wouldn’t do anything about it and I was on my own. They said I did too much driving, yet I haven’t even got to the first oil change or payment. I was told the New York State inspection was so thorough but the day of the delivery, the sticker was not new and had to be done for them to deliver the car, it took them maybe 5 minutes, not so thorough apparently. I get that I didn’t buy a Lexus but I feel as if I bought the car off somebody on Craigslist rather than a dealership, my wife was going to get her new car here but not anymore. More
