I can't give higher then a 3 because the procedure to get your car serviced there does waste some time. I came in for the first 5K mile service and just wanted to leave my car but they make you wait for the your car serviced there does waste some time. I came in for the first 5K mile service and just wanted to leave my car but they make you wait for the service advisor and you have to sit down with them which there was no need for. Rod Fuller was my advisor, Very nice guy and he had nothing to do with my complaint, he himself would get 5 stars. After car was ready you go to cashier and then you have to go to another building to wait for your car again. Too many steps for a simple process, Car was ready quickly and all was fine, that part was good. More

Leased a GX460 with Marlon Amador today. He was very patient and helpful. He knew what options I wanted and we look may multiple cars until we found everything we were looking for.
