What a mess. .. This is definitively not a Lexus experience. In your arrival, you are not able to enter using the front door, you are greeted with a big sign "Plea .. Then you see a big advertisement with a guy smillling: "We are number one in Sales" - heck, I dont care if you are the number one or number 1000, I am not shopping for a Volkswagen. When inside, no one to greet you, a bunch of office bays, then you need to hunt someone to talk to. When you finally are able to talk to someone, the sales reps dont have a clear view on the inventory. They need to get out of their table, while you wait for at least 10 minutes, to get back with the information if a given car is available of not. Then there is the different places for acquiring pre-owned or brand new ones. The sales rep is the same, but you need to go to a different office depending on the condition of the car you want. Finally, the showroom: What a disaster. Two or three cars dispersed in the environment. Lexus cars are amazing but this dealership was capable to completely wreck the Lexus experience. More
