Thank you for your offer to talk. However, it will be better for your team to dedicated their time to solve these issues. When I made the service appointment through your site, I specifically requested a shuttle or a loaner. Being a warranty recall, the car would need to stay several hours and every other dealer I have used in the past would offer at least a shuttle (which you didn't provide). This is not even close to the level of service Lexus advertises.
